100 Word Review: Inscryption

Inscryption, created by indie dev Daniel Mullins, is an impressive combination of genres that has quickly become an overnight sensation thanks in part to its creepy visuals, addictive gameplay loop and intriguingly layered meta story. Promising a horror take on card based roguelites, this game will surprise players with its multitude of cleverly crafted twists.  Its only downfall is a lengthy third act, but to say anymore would run the risk spoiling some of Inscryption’s greatest surprises. 100 Word Review: Halloween Kills

David Gorden Green’s follow up to his reboot of the Halloween franchise is bloody good fun but its jumbled ideas and questionable character choices –  not to mention that unsatisfying ending – dampens the experience; making this sequel a disappointing addition to the Halloween mythos.
